Right to Dream won the Dale Farm Milk Cup on their debut trip to the tournament following an emphatic 7-0 victory over Southampton at a cold and blustery Ballymena Showgrounds.

Goalkeeper Rory Brown saved two penalty shoot-out kicks to help County Londonderry win the Junior Bowl final against GPS FC Bayern.

In today’s 3rd and 4th place play-off, we watched a dominant Liverpool side who had clearly rallied from their harrowing defeat in last night’s semi-finals to deliver a 3-0 win over the Co.Antrim side.

Swindon were 2-1 winners at Parker Avenue, Portrush, in the Junior Section Shield final as they narrowly came out on top against Irish team Dundalk.Swindon showed some neat passing football in the first half and always looked the more likely team to open the scoring.

County Armagh took on North Dublin in the 3rd/4th place  playoff in the Bowl competition in the Junior Section.

County Antrim’s hopes of reaching the Junior Section Milk Cup final were dashed after a 2-0 defeat to Ghana’s Right to Dream. The county side were trailing after Isaac Atanga’s strike 11 minutes into play put the Ghanaians ahead. Antrim pressed for a late equaliser but were hit with a sucker punch when Ibrahim Sadiq scored with the last kick of the game.

Tonight’s semi-final in Coleraine Showgrounds saw Southampton claim a 3-1 win over Liverpool.

A delightful double from substitute Matthew Shevlin was enough to give County Antrim a deserved 2-0 win over Real Sociedad and book their place in the Milk Cup final tomorrow.

Today’s Junior Section game between Armagh and GPS FC Bayern was brimming with excitement from start to finish.

County Down came out on top against AS Roma in a close encounter in the Junior Section in Broughshane to progress to the Dale Farm Globe final.

County Londonderry progressed to the final of the Dale Farm Bowl at the expense of North Dublin after a 1-1 draw and a dramatic 4-2 penalty shoot-out victory.

Rangers booked their place in the Junior Globe final with a 2-0 win over battling Sydney Utd.

Strikers booked their place in the Salver semi-final with a 3-1 win over County Fermanagh.

A late goal from substitute Daniel Finlayson was enough to give AS Roma USA all three points in a cagey affair at the Riada Stadium in Ballymoney.

Liverpool booked their place in the 2015 Junior Section semi-finals courtesy of a narrow 2-1 win over Swindon Town in Portstewart. The League One side however will feel unfortunate to have come away from the fixture with nothing.

Brentford produced a magnificent second half performance to come from behind to beat Plymouth Argyle at Parker Avenue, Portrush.

GPS FC BAYERN came out on top in a nine goal thriller in Broughshane on Wednesday, with the USA based academy triumphing by six goals to three over County Tryone in the Junior Section.

An immediate shot in the opening minutes came from North Dublin’s number 11 Sam Nugent, gathered with ease by the competent Zacatepec keeper, Ernesto Balcazar, who did well to prevent his side from conceding to an initially dominant North Dublin side.

They scored 14 goals in their first two fixtures, but Ghana’s Right to Dream couldn’t find a way through the County Armagh defence in a scoreless draw.

Day Three of the Dale Farm Milk Cup and the Blades came into the game hoping to put an end to Sydney’s 100% winning record in the Junior Section.

A superb hat-trick from Leo Brown was the catalyst as County Down earned their second win of the tournament by defeating Strikers 6-0 at the Riada Stadium in Ballymoney.

It was another County versus County affair in this year’s Milk Cup, as Antrim and Londonderry faced off at Anderson Park, Coleraine. The local derby nature of the game raised the stakes, as both teams looked to get one over their opposite County counterparts.

Southampton won their third game in this year’s Junior section, sweeping aside OC Blues in an entertaining encounter.

As we head into Day 3 of the 2015 Dale Farm Milk Cup Junior Section, the sun is shining here on the North Coast and there are still 16 teams who could in theory make the final 4. In pole position however are the 6 sides with 100% records in the tournament so far.
