It was another wet and soggy afternoon for the Super Cup NI as Otago of New Zealand took on Hibernian of Scotland at the Riada Stadium in Ballymoney.

A Lewis McNall strike in the final moments of the game snatched all 3 points for Newcastle and resigned Co. Fermanagh to a defeat in their opening fixture of the tournament at the Ballymena Showgrounds.

County Armagh produced a stunning display to comprehensively beat Alset Columbia by eight goals to nil in the Premier Section in Clough on Monday afternoon.
Premier Section Match Report – Co. Tyrone 2 – 2 Vendee
After a slow start to the game in terms of goals and chances, it was Vendee who broke the deadlock after 20 minutes. A punt upfield was only half dealt with by the Tyrone defence, allowing Massimo Baron to rush in & volley the ball into the corner of the net, out of the reach of goalkeeper Joel Peden.
Premier Section Match Report – Osasco FC 0 – 3 Hibernian
It didnt take long for this game to come alive. With just six minutes on the clock, a heavy touch in the Osasco defence allowed Hibs to open the scoring with a shot into the bottom corner. Soon after, Hibs challenged the referees decision, when he opted not to award them a free kick inside the box, after defender Cleyson Aroujo appeared to have passed the ball back to keeper Cucato Lopez. All in all, it was a quiet first half but two minutes before the break, Joao Pedro was shown yellow for a reckless tackle on the Hibs full back. On a wet afternoon it was hard for either side to get going.
