Road to SuperCupNI – a special series of short reads for our 40th anniversary tournament.
We’re inviting teams to tell us a little about themselves, how preparations are going and what participating in SuperCupNI means to them.
Next up in the series – Glentoran.
The boys are all buzzing to be playing in the SuperCupNI, and when the draw was made they couldn’t believe they got Glasgow Celtic.
Glentoran 2010’s have been on a couple of football trips, but this one seems special as there are no parents. Hopefully they will behave themselves!
In preparing for the SuperCupNI we have added some Strength & Conditioning training to our sessions, a parent has been supervising a boot camp around Stormont and the boys have also enjoyed this.
Marcus Kane the captain of our 1st team is also putting on a training session for the boys which is also exciting for them.
We would also like to thank all local businesses who have supported and sponsored us for all new training gear and equipment.
