Mrs. Betty Coard, from the Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice, receives a cheque for £1,100 from Co Londonderry player Cathal Connolly (centre) and County Antrim’s Cormac Lawlor, the proceeds from a collection taken up during finals night at the Dale Farm Milk Cup international youth football tournament in Ballymena Showgrounds earlier this year. Tournament chairman Victor Leonard said: “We are grateful for the generosity of our supporters who once again helped us support a charity that continues to provide tremendous care for young people with life limiting illnesses and their families.”
