Join one of the world’s leading international youth football tournaments and compete against elite clubs and academies from across the globe.
2027 Competition
After a record breaking 2026 tournament, the Tournament Management Team of the Budget Energy SuperCupNI are delighted to announce that applications for the boys’ tournament for 2027 are now LIVE.
The 2027 tournament will take place between Sunday 25th July until Friday 30th July.
The male tournament will consist of three age groups.

Minor – Boys born on or after 1st January 2014.

Junior – Boys born on or after 1st January 2013.

Premier – Boys born on or after 1st January 2011.
The deadline for applications for the boys’ tournament is Monday 2nd November at 5pm and entry forms must be completed by prospective teams using the link below.

Northern Ireland representation in Boys Premier and Boys Junior competitions is through the country structure. For enquiries regarding player participation at country level please contact the following:

Northern Irish Clubs
The closing date for entrants for the Minor section for Northern Ireland clubs (affiliated to the NIYFA) is Monday 2nd November.
Any entrants received after 23:59 on Monday 2nd November will be automatically rejected.
The deciding criteria for Northern Irish clubs playing in the Minor section is as follows.
League position of clubs in their respective leagues as of Sunday 29th November. League tables will be requested from the National Youth League and any other relevant leagues if needed.
Only If the teams cannot be separated using the above criteria, then the following additional criteria will be put in place.
Previous performance from the 2026 tournament
Teams will be allocated points based on their final place
- 1st = 16 points
- 2nd = 15 points
- 3rd = 14 points etc…
- 16th = 1 point
The 8 successful Northern Ireland teams will be informed by Friday 11th December 2026.
